Directions to Wallingford, Benson, Goring and Reading

Benson
Salters' boats depart from our new landing stage next to the Benson Waterfront Cafe (nearest postcode OX10 6SJ). Located on the A4074. Parking can be found in neighbouring streets.

Wallingford
Salters' boats depart from the riverside pool and park complex on the Crowmarsh side of the river (nearest postcode is OX10 8HB). Approach on the A4074 and turn down the A4130 towards Wallingford (through Crowmarsh Gifford). Just before you go over Wallingford bridge turn right into the park and pool complex. Parking is on-site opposite the paddling pool area and our landing stage is accessed from the gate between the campsite and the swimming pool area.

Goring
Salters' boats depart from the mooring just below Goring lock (by the towpath - nearest postcode is RG8 9AE). Approach on the A417 or A329 and once reaching Streatley turn down the Reading road (B4526) towards Goring. After crossing the bridge the lock can be seen below on the left hand side. Goring train station is 0.4 miles from the lock.

Reading
Salters' boats depart from Caversham bridge outside the Riverside restaurant (off Waterman place - nearest postcode is RG1 8AZ). When approaching from the M4 follow signs to Caversham and you will eventually reach the Caversham road (A329). Before going over the bridge you will reach a roundabout where the Holiday Inn can be seen. Our landing stage is off Waterman place which is the small road off to the right. Parking can be found off Richfield Avenue (the left exit at the roundabout) at the Thames Promenade. Alternative parking can be found at Reading train station which is off Vastern road (A329) 0.6 miles from the mooring.
