Windsor Office Staff/Assistant/Manager
At our Windsor site we have an opportunity for a candidate with excellent customer relation and communication skills to join our well established team. Duties will include: -

Dealing with customer enquiries
Amending customer bookings
Organising the fleet of passenger boats, allocating resources
Sale of tickets, Recording Transaction, Cashing Up.
Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload.
Assisting passenger boat crew where required.

Experience: Training will be given but general boating and customer relations experience desirable. Having a flexible and enthusiastic work ethic is essential as it the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Working Hours: To be confirmed at time of interview but will include some weekend hours.

Passenger Boat Skipper
At various sites between Oxford and Windsor we have Full and Part Time opportunities for experienced boat masters for the non-tidal Thames to join our well established team. Applicants must be well presented and in keeping with the overall appearance of our vessels and have a flexible and enthusiastic work ethic. The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the vessel’s appearance and general daily condition with others whilst in service.

Experience: Class V Tier 2 BML as well as demonstrable experience of handling a class V passenger vessel.

Working Hours: To be confirmed at time of interview but will include some weekend hours.

Passenger Boat Crew & Bar Staff
At various sites between Oxford and Windsor we have Full and Part Time opportunities for candidates with excellent customer relation and communication skills to join our well established team. Duties will include: -

Keeping our passenger vessels well presented at all times.
Operation of River Thames Locks, competent use of mooring lines, assisting with general on board operational duties.
Assisting with passenger safety including embarkation/disembarkation of passengers.
Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee and general bar duties.
Sale of tickets, Recording Transactions and cashing up of till.
Assisting Punt Station Staff as required (Oxford area only).

Experience: Training will be given but general boating experience or bar work is desirable. Having a flexible and enthusiastic work ethic is essential.

Punt & Hire Boat Station
At our Oxford site we have a Full and Part Time opportunity for candidates with excellent customer relation and communication skills to join our well established team. Duties will include: -

Keeping hire fleet well presented at all times.
Providing customers with information and dealing with enquiries.
Organising our hire fleet and allocating boats to customers.
Processing Payments, Recording Transactions and cashing up of till.
Assisting Passenger Boat Staff as required.
