Short Trips
Salter's operate a variety of shorter round trips from the places listed below:
(Please note that some of the trips only run on particular days and are all subject to weather conditions and boat availability - please check with our Oxford Office on 01865 243421)
Although the official season runs from late May to late September we will also run short trips from select locations before and after these dates if the weather is particularly good.
Oxford
40 Minute return trips daily in season (to Iffley Lock) hourly from
11am to 5pm
90 Minute return trips (to Rose Island or Port Meadow) available for
booked parties only
Abingdon
40 Minute return trip (towards Culham lock cut) at 1.45pm
(Monday, Friday and Sunday only)
Reading
40 minute return trips (towards Mapledurham) at 1.45pm
(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday only)
Henley
45 minute return trips (down the Regatta course to Temple Island)
at 2.15pm and 3.15pm

40 minute return (down to Temple lock)
